The  D1200M Modbus ADC module converts analog DC current signals to digital information, linearizes the digital data, scales in milliamps and communicates the values to a host computer or PLC. The data values are transmitted in Modbus RTU protocol to a host computer via RS232 or RS485 .

 

Because the Modbus RTU protocol does not support Echoing the RS232 versions of D1000M series are limited to one ADC per serial port. Applications requiring more than one channel should use RS485.

 

The D1200M Modbus series modules can also be mounted on a DIN-Rail using the MK-1 mounting kit.

 

Accuracy:+/-0.02% of F.S., 0.04% of FS (4-20mA).

Resolution:0.01% of F.S. (4-digits) 0.04% of F.S. (4-20mA).

Common mode rejection: 100db at 50/60 Hz.

Zero drift:+/-1 count max (autozero).

Span tempco:+/-50ppm/deg C max, (+/-1A=+/-80ppm/deg C).

Voltage drop: +/-0.1V max.

Two open-collector digital outputs or (HI/LO alarms).

One digital input/60 Hz events counter (D1200M series does not contain Events Counter).
