When a quick-opening port is required in a process application, this hinged assembly, which incorporates the use of Metaglas, can be used up to 150 psi, depending on size. It is particularly suitable where a process requires sampling or additives, or when it is necessary to clean the inside of the sight glass from time to time. Both ANSI bolt-on and weld-on styles are available. Accessories available include Lumiglas luminaires and wipers.
