The F131 offers a 4-20 mA output related to the flow rate as well as the standard options offered by F130 batch controller. The operator can enter a preset value easily or also execute repeated batches. All of the Fluidwell batch controllers offer automatic overrun protection that will ensure your batches are as accurate as possible. This correction will change the valve open time to try and batch the exact amount required the next time it runs. The relay outputs can be set for pulse output or used for two stage batch controlling. The F131 has optional inputs including Pulse, Coil, NAMUR, 4-20 mA or 0-10 V. The F131 is offered with a plastic, aluminum, or explosion proof enclosure, or it can be ordered to simply panel mount. The options for powering the unit are battery, IS battery, loop power, 80-240 VAC with sensor supply, IS 16-30 VDC, and 8-24 VAC/VDC. The F131-XI can be used in hazardous areas too, classification EEx ia IIB T4.
