40H to 43H Insertion Type Flow Sensor With or Without RTD

Series 40H / 42H Single-Mount Accutube

 

These accutubes have a probe constructed of 316LSS, with a 316LSS integral 3-valve head. Both have a single-mount support and are installed through a compression fitting and thredolet (included). The 40H and 42H are designed to mount a 2 1/8" center-to-center DP transmitter using o-rings. 1/4" FNPT connections are also included in the design. The 42H model incorporates and integral RTD for temperature measurements. Series 40H and 42H Accutubes are available for sizes 6" through 42".

 

Series 41H / 43H Double-Mount Accutube

 

These accutubes have a probe constructed of 316LSS, witha 316LSS integral 3-valve head. Both are double supported, and come with compression fitting, opposite side support, and two thredolets. The 41H and 43H are designed to mount a 2 1/8" center-to-center DP transmitter using o-rings. 1/4" FNPT connections are also included in the design. The 43H model incorporates an integral RTD for temperature measurements. Series 41H & 43H Accutubes are available for sizes 6" through 72".

 

Meriam direct mount transmitter head Accutubes have integral 3-valve equalizing manifold for ultimate utility when used with DP and Multi-Variable Transmitters. Transmitters bolt onto the head and seal with grafoil packing rings. These head save installation and mounting time and are ideal for plant upgrades, measurement point additions and new plant construction. For applications that require a temperature measurement, select the integral RTD option to further reduce installation time and limit the number of pipe penetrations needed.
