Ordering products from Alpha Controls is very easy using our robust online store.

All prices listed are subject to the sales tax applied to the ship-to location.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible with the information we present. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of all products we sell. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is entirely accurate, complete, or error free. Prices and promotions are subject to change at any time. Despite our best efforts, occasionally an item listed may not be available, an offer may have been changed or misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we will contact you and you will be given the option to either accept the corrected price, or cancel your order.
In the event that you dispute the amount, or validity, of any payments made to Alpha Controls, you must notify Alpha Controls in writing, within ten days of payment, of any such dispute by mail or by email. You expressly agree that your failure to notify Alpha Controls of any dispute within ten days of payment will constitute your express waiver of any claims related to the disputed payment.
International orders will not be charged a shipping fee at checkout. You will be contacted after purchase with shipping costs, or it can be charged to your UPS Account #.
For the protection of our customers, items purchased may be returned within 30 days from the time of receipt, for credit of the purchase price (less any shipping costs). Within this period, items may be returned, with freight prepaid,. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
You must notify us immediately of any shipping errors, missing items or damage (damages should be accompanied by a signed bill of lading acknowledging the damage).
Returned items received will be inspected for damage or misuse at which time they may be subject to restocking fees, other fees or refused, prior to the reimbursement of any credit.
Alpha Controls’ return guidelines are applicable to products purchased by you directly from Alpha Controls. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply. Calibration services are excluded.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by filling out the RMA form found here, or by contacting Alpha Controls through the methods provided on our Contact Us page.
Returns for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for currently stocked items. Restocking fees for non-stocked or special order items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
