D-Sub Series 9-Pin and 15-Pin Cables
Double-ended (female-female) for connecting male D-sub connectors to PLC's and other devices
Alicat Scientific offers many cable types and lengths to connect your mass flow meter, pressure gauge or controller to a computer or programmable logic controller (PLC). Alicat offers single and double-ended D-sub cables, available in 9-pin or 15-pin configurations. For custom lengths, please contact us.
Single-ended cables include locking screws and come in 9-pin and 15-pin varieties. The 9-pin* cables can be male-blunt or female-blunt configuration, and come in 3 ft (0.9 m), 6 ft (1.8 m), or 10 ft (3.0 m) lengths. The 15-pin cable is female-blunt and is 25 ft (7.6 m) in length.
Double-ended D-sub cables come in female-female configuration and can be 9-pin* and 3 ft (0.9 m) in length, or 15-pin and 15 ft (4.6 m) in length. These cables are used to connect male D-sub connectors to PLC’s and other devices.

*Note: Instruments equipped with 9-pin D-sub connectors do not have the same pinouts as common serial cables. Proper connection to computer serial ports is accomplished via our MD8DB9 8-pin mini-DIN to serial adapter cable.
