The M series is suitable for most flow measurement applications, with models that can measure flow rates as high as 5000 slpm or as low as 0.0025 sccm. Instruments in the M series are also available with an optional “S” configuration for use with aggressive or corrosive gases (MS). In this configuration, the flow body and sensor are upgraded to 316L stainless steel and the elastomers are FFKM. The M series is also available in a battery-powered portable configuration (MB).
Alicat’s M series mass flow meters feature dual digital and analog communications by default and can be ordered with Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, DeviceNet, Profibus or Modbus (RTU and TCP/IP) communications for easy integration into your digital industrial or laboratory network.
