The 1/32 DIN Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controller has been designed to offer users a small controller without sacrificing functionality. The microbased Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controller has been designed to offer straightforward set-up and use.
Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controllers come with a specially developed hands-free PID tuning algorithm to provide excellent general control. For more specific performance requirements, the Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controller has a pre-tune function followed by manual fine-tune to get the very best control for a specific application. If the controller has been configured for Easy Tune operation, all tuning is executed automatically; no operator action is required. When the Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controller is configured for Manual Tuning, the Pre-Tune facility is available. Pre-Tune is used to optimize system start-up (normally after power-up or after a major change to the process being controlled).
SSR Drive and relay outputs come standard with the Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controller. The relay type is single pole, single throw (SPST). Inputs include thermocouple (J, K, T, R, S, B, and N), RTD, and DC mA/mV. In addition, the Partlow MIC 3200 temperature controller can have two alarms.
