The Accu-Drive series of sanitary gauges from 3D Instruments offers a new performance standard for pressure measurement in an analog Sanitary gauge. The Accu-Drive Sanitary gauge combines a high performance 2.5" or 4.5" Direct Drive pressure gauge with a high quality Ladish tri-clamp sanitary seal to provide for reliable operation in even the most severe vibration and pulsation laden sanitary applications...especially discharge pump applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Direct Drive Pressure Gauge Technology
With 3D Instruments’ unique helical bourdon “Direct Drive” pressure measurement technology, the antiquated C-bourdon tube utilized in most conventional pressure gauges is eliminated. Our pressure gauges also eliminate the gears, linkages, levers, and springs conventional pressure gauges use to generate pointer movement. With no fragile moving parts, a 3D Instruments Direct Drive pressure gauge is ideal for high vibration and pulsation applications.

The highest quality corrosion-resistant materials are featured throughout: arobust weather-resistant 300 series stainless steelcase, Inconel helical bourdon tube,and 316L stainless steelwetted parts.
Our Direct Drive pressure gauge alsoincorporates some very revolutionary design concepts:a unique maintenance-free "direct drive" measuring technology, a "dry case" vibration dampening system, whereby the Accu-Drive sanitary gauge does not require liquid filling of the case for severe service applications, and a convenient external zero adjustment to facilitate re-zeroing.
