Supported Applications

The Omega DRSL-DC4 is a bipolar isolated DIN rail signal conditioner designed for process signals. It provides galvanic isolation and converts bipolar process voltage and current inputs to unipolar output signals suitable for SCADA or PLC systems. Operating Conditions & Performance

The DRSL-DC4 operates within an ambient temperature range of -25 to 70°C (-13 to 158°F) with a storage temperature capability from -40 to 85°C (-40 to 185°F). It is rated for relative humidity between 0 to 95% RH non-condensing and carries an IP20 protection degree. The unit meets Pollution Degree 2 and Measurement/Overvoltage Category II installation area requirements.

Performance specifications include a response time of <7 ms (or <44 ms selectable) for the 0 to 90% rise and 100 to 10% fall, with an accuracy of <±0.05% of span. The signal-to-noise ratio exceeds 60 dB, and the cut-off frequency is >100 Hz or 10 Hz (selectable via DIP-switch). Input and Output Ranges

Isolation and Power
