The WMS-21 dual setpoint wind alarm is a microprocessor-based wind alarm system. It features an audible alarm and controls two relays whenever wind speed reaches either of two independent setpoints. An LCD displays the current and wind speeds. The WMS-23S monitors wind speed, converting 0 to 100 mph wind velocity to a proportional 4 to 20 mA signal for use by process controllers or monitoring systems. The WMS-23 monitors wind speed and direction, with a second 4 to 20 mA signal corresponding to 0 to 360°. The three cup anemometer (and wind vane) is constructed of UV resistant ABS plastic and anodized aluminum, while the electronics are housed in a gasketed wall mount NEMA enclosure.
