Gas mass flow controllers must be fast and accurate to establish stable flow. Our mass flow controllers reach their setpoints faster than any others, which enables them to suppress fluctuations in line pressure before they affect your process downstream. Customized valve options and factory PID tuning ensure that your mass flow controller will perform well in your specific application.
The MC series is Alicat’s standard mass flow controller, with models that can measure flow rates as high as 5000 slpm or as low as 0.0025 sccm. The MC series uses small proportional valves for control at lower flow rates and is suitable for use with non-corrosive gases. The MC series is also available for use with aggressive or corrosive gases (MCS), where the valve is upgraded to 303 stainless steel, the sensor to 316L stainless steel, and the elastomers to FFKM to withstand corrosion.
Alicat MC series flow controllers can be custom built with your choice of options. Choose your communications protocol, display, process connections, elastomers, flow totalizer, and calibration.
